Accepted Insurance Plans
My practice accepts most major insurance plans and many of the smaller insurance plans, but bills them out of network.
Only for patients insured by either Blue Shield (PPO) of California or Medicare do we offer in-network treatment.
As a patient, it is ultimately your responsibility to become familiar with the details of your insurance plan coverage. For that reason, we recommend you contact your insurance company prior to any service so you may understand your allowable benefits.
